According to what you referred in the bathroom is a new technique with cement.
When the Greek Tourism Board conduct their ratings, they will take into consideration many aspects of the hotel. They will then award the hotel a star rating based on their criteria. Since this hotel has all the required criteria to be awarded a 4-star, the Greek Tourism Board deem the Hotel as a 4-star hotel.
We would like to mention that the hotel was operating well and some food outlets were closed due to weather conditions or limited number of guests.
Safety and well- being of our guests are our priorities. All our facilities are checked by the maintenance team to ensure that everything is operating normally.
In reference to the cleanliness, our housekeeping department makes at regular times cleaning controls during the day. We do apologize for the bad tidiness of some guests.
