Thank you for the time devoted to write this review following your recent stay at the Olympic Palace.
We are pleased to read that you had a great holiday with us and that you really enjoyed the facilities and services provided.
We would like to take this opportunity and clarify that Mountain View rooms have the exact same facilities as the sea view rooms offered. These rooms still represent a great option for guests that seek a good standard accommodation at more affordable rates.
As far as the road in front of the hotel is concerned, kindly note most hotels in Ixia do not offer an underground passage due to licensing reasons. From our side, we had arranged with the local municipality to have pedestrian crossings fitted in various spots.
We felt sadden to read the subsequent comments made in regards to the food variety offered.We do understand that each nationality of guests expects a different type of cuisine, however please note as an International resort we do take into consideration and offer as many choices as possible and in the vast majority of cases all guests are very pleased with the end result. We can only apologize at the moment should your expectations could not be met on this aspect of your holiday and would like to assure you that your comments have been relayed to both, the hotel’s chef & general manager.
We were also very concerned to read the dissatisfaction on the cleanness and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, please be informed that the housekeeping service receive the highest rates based on our internal records and the on line reviews. Rest assured that your comments have now been relayed to the Chief Housekeeper and the General Manager for further evaluation.
