My wife and I spent a week in February in this wonderful hotel. Although we have stayed there before on a number of occasions, it has always been in June. I wanted my wife to see the area as a winter wonderland.
As always, the staff were fantastic. They would bend over backwards to ensure your stay was perfect. A special mention to Peter and Aleesa in the dining room, to Mario at the bar, and Angela and Salvo at the reception desk. However, they all work under the watchful eye of Vincenza the General Manager. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel.
As always, the room was clean and comfortable, the meals were varied and tasteful. I require a Gluten Free diet and was not disappointed. Each night, the chef would indicate what I could have, and on some evenings prepared a special meal for me.
A lovely touch for my wife, was when the waiters arrived at our table with a birthday cake complete with candles, on her birthday, along with a chorus of "Happy Birthday."
Will we return again? You bet!
