Wij vonden , de ligging , accommodatie, het personeel , de kamers , het eten

Geweldig

Groot minpunt , de hoeveelheid Russische gasten , zo respectloos naar het personeel en overige gasten , wat n asociaal volk , dat was echt heel jammer

Het eten kan wat variabeler. En de bediening kan af en toe wat logischere routing aannemen.

Verder is er alles prima tot zeer goed.

restaurant bij het aqua park slechte kwaliteit. weinig keus en is vaak lauw als het geserveerd word. Jammer

Een goed hotel maar wel wat afgelegen.

Waterpark goed bus rijd af en aan naar het park en hotel.

Winkels wel wat ver om te lopen maar met taxi voor €5 goed te doen.

Hotel mag wel wat aan vernieuwen doen zeer slechte strandstoelen.

Wat meer onderhoud.

Te veel kleinen kinderen en te weel hoofddoekjes !!

Strand en zwembaden prachtig , eten mag meer variatie vaak hetzelfde en de toetjes mag wat kleurrijker .de bediening mag wat vlotter

Vieze achterstallige hotel en zeee onvriendelijke personeel. Zeer gevaarlijk bij het zwwembad, door de tegels glij je ontzettend uit. Weinig variatie met het eten. Maar 1 restaurant de rest is ala cart. NOOIT MEER deze hotel

Thank you for choosing our hotel. Our goal is to provide excellent guest service and accommodations to each of our guests and we are sorry that we failed you. We are particularly concerned that you found our staff to be less than helpful and friendly. According to our records our team upgraded your room without any charge, also the detailed cleaning service was provided on a daily basis. It's really regrettable that you left with so negative impressions despite all our efforts.

Please know that all pool side area (all surfaces with any kind of cover) have been applied with Nanogrip solution which decreases slippery levels below EU standards. Non-slip mats are an extra precaution for running people with dripping wet feet. Your comment regarding the food choice came to us as a surprise. We strive to offer our guests the best dining options possible, especially a wide range of food choice in the buffet restaurant. Aska Chef, Aska Pool and Lounge snack restaurants are also at your service during the daytime. We have four a la carte restaurants which have a cover charge. Along with these there is a Bistro Lounge which can be booked once a week free of charge for dinner. Guest satisfaction is our number one priority and we appreciate your feedback for making improvements on our service. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you a great stay.
