This helps us to keep improving our services to provide an exceptional vacation experience to our guests.
We are very happy that you valued the location of our hotel so positively; Cala´n Bosch is indeed a beautiful setting, so close to the beach, with nice restaurants and a variety of shops nearby, it really is an ideal spot with everything so handy.
We are concerned to read however that we did not manage to fully satisfy your expectations for a fantastic holiday and it saddens us to know we fell short on other aspects.
Our gastronomy is usually highly commended by most of the guests that try our buffet restaurant; it has a great varied selection of local and international dishes and it is a pity to read that it was not what you were expecting.
We are truly sorry that your vacation ended up not being what you desired it to be. The incidents you mentioned in your comments are definitely not in compliance with our hotel standards nor typical of our guests' reviews.
