Zugspitzhof

Heel aangenaam, mooi, comfortabel verblijf en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst! Lekker eten! Centraal maar toch rustig gelegen, aanrader !!

Zugspitzhof is a great place to stay. The apartments, (we had 3 of the 7) were all well equipped. The newest building has 3 apts. 2 ground floor (Marienberg & Wetterstein) and 1 large (Grubigstein) on the 1st floor. Apt Marienberg is on the ground floor and is light and airy. It has a large balcony and from 2 sides lovely views over the mountains. Suggestion: A couple of chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Standing lamp, so able to switch off one of the bright ceiling lights Apt Wetterstein is next door to Apt Marienberg. Suggestion: Standing lamp, so able to switch off one of the bright ceiling lights. Apt Seebensee is located on the 2nd floor of the old building. Quite a few stairs to climb to get there, but easily managed. Very cosily decorated. This apt has 2 balconies with wonderful views from 2 sides. With a place to sit and relax. Suggestion: 1 or 2 more comfortable easy chairs in the living area as the 1 seperate chair was not comfortable. All 3 apts we occupied have a toaster, microwave, coffee maker (filter) and electric kettle. Little freezer compartment in the fridge. There is washing up liquid, sponge, brush and dish cloth and 1 tea towel. So recommend you bring your own kitchen towels. Also (to start) 3 dishwasher tablets so bring your own. The apts were even hoovered and garbage removed and towels were changed half way through our stay. Sauna and wellness area very relaxing and well presented. 16:30-19:00. Remember to book at reception before noon. Reception 08:00-12:00 and 16:30-19:00. (during our stay in January) Location: Quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops, supermarket, Pizzeria, Busstop, swimming pool, gym. Restaurants. Recommend Pizzeria Spencer. Small but great pizzas, good price and friendly service. Pizzeria Al Castagno, ok, but we were rushed to eat our meal as table was re-booked @ 20:00. Not mentioned when reservation was made. So be sure when you book you have enough time. Service not friendly. We would like to thank Philipp and Katharina for a wonderful stay. They were also very kind and helpful in a medical situation we had while staying. Many thanks to them both. They have immaculate apts and as a guest, please respect their property, as they take such good care of it.

Indien nodig is Philippe bereikbaar/aanwezig, verder geen hinder van ondervonden. Je kunt gebruik maken van ontbijtservice, niet noodzakelijk. Je bent vrij om te gaan en te staan wanneer je wilt. Prima verblijf, zeer goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Goede communicatie vooraf en tijdens verblijf.

Ruime appartementen, voorzien van alle gemakken, met schitterende uitzichten vanaf de beide balkonnen die appartement Seebensee had. De badkamer is wat klein door het schuine dak waardoor je er niet goed kon staan. Ligging van het appartement is subliem, je bent zo bij het zwembad met gratis toegang, het centrum op loopafstand, leuke gezellige restaurantjes, prima ijssalon middenop het pleintje in het dorp. In de buurt leuke plaatsjes als Lermoos, Biberwier en zeker een bezoek aan de Heiterwanger See is beslist de moeite waard. De Wassererlebnisweg bij de Ehrwalder Alm is leuk voor kleine kinderen (die al wel goed zelfstandig kunnen lopen). Genoeg mogelijkheden in het dorpje zelf en zeker ook de omliggende dorpjes. Wij zijn zeker nog niet uitgekeken en komen zeker terug als onze kinderen wat ouder zijn! Gastheer en gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk, denken heel leuk mee, vooral ook heel fijn dat er tussendoor nog werd schoongemaakt etc. Alles lijkt mogelijk bij ze!

Leuk aparthotel met enthousiaste, jonge eigenaren. Appartementen zijn ruim en alles is (vrij) nieuw! Je loopt zo naar het centrum en het zwembad. Verder een wellness en bar aanwezig. Aan de bar kan je ook nog een prima hapje bestellen naast je drankje
