with regret I read a similar comment on your part. Here none has the intent to "scrub" the guests, and never like this year we receive compliments for the friendliness and helpfulness of our employees.
I try to answer you hereby: the rate you paid for the extra car is put on the price list and it was not announced during the booking because we did not know that you would come with two cars.
In the booking email it is clearly written that 1 car is included in the price. The total of this extra was however € 105.00 for 10 days.
The mobilehome that you have booked is the largest we have, in our Top Village area, directly on the lake, with superior equip. (barbecue and sun loungers): the average per person was about € 35.00 per night.
The cleaning ladies always do their best but if this were not to your liking, you should have told us immediately, and promptly we would have solved. Written in a review, unfortunately it is useless. The smell of the lake in this period does not depend on us: the water level, after being very high for months, quickly fell, and the algae have dried up. We are not allowed to touch them; we have repeatedly informed the municipality, which has been activated in turn, but unfortunately nothing can be done, we must follow the bureaucratic trafile. For these red spots, are you sure they depend on the lake?
We have no reports of such things, I have bathed several times before here and I have not had any problems. Discovering things now does not allow us to evaluate them together and possibly to do something. If you came to the front desk, we could have explained personally. The "terrace" you refer is that of the restaurant, not that in front of your mobilehome. Obviously, guests come first; that evening the staff booked a table outside on the occasion of an important business dinner, maybe you did not booked or didn't expressed your preference? I cannot find disservice in this. Thank you
