Sehr lautes Hotel . Hauptsächlich Russen und Serben. Und chinesische Tagesgöste , die richtig nerven. Essen eigentlich täglich gleich. Im kleinen Laden um die Ecke li bei Mina und David gibt es alles günstig zu kaufen. Und es wird deutsch und Englisch gesprochen. Auch gibt es dort sehr schönen selbstgestalteten Schmuck. Das spa am Strand sollte man vermeiden. Kosmetik und Pediküre ist gut aber die Massagen sind eine Katastrophe. Ungelernte masseusen die auf eurem Rücken Knien und euch fast das Kreuz brechen. Bei Beschwerden gibt es nur ganz wenig Geld zurück. Alles läuft mit Vorkasse. Lasst euch nicht verarschen. Ansonsten ist der Strand zwar klein, aber wunderschön ist das Wasser. Und am Strand kann man für kleines Geld gut essen . Die all inclusive Bar am Strand ist gut. Was mega nervt sind die Mitarbeiter des spa die dauernd kommen und einem was aufschwatzen wollen. Sehr aufdringlich.
Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Es ist auch alles dort mega laut.

Just came back home from this beautiful hotel! At the beginning When I read negative reviews, I was a little afraid but our tour agent assured that everything is good! I say that we have only positive impressions about the hotel and about the beach and food. A little more detail will describe our vacation. We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm within 2 hours we could check in and got our room key. 5 minutes and we are in the room. The rooms are clean, large , everything worked very good ,hair dryer, air conditioners ,safe, water was in the fridge and every day brought at 14.00 2 bottles more. There was no enough soap and shampoo. but this problem was solved from the first call to the reception. Cleaned rooms daily. changed the towels and bed. No problem with the room . There were two restaurants. On the 6th floor overlooking the sea. And downstairs . good for all tastes, the waiters are just nice people beautiful uniforms, Always smiling. Never seen Negative matter from their side. A separate plus deserves the beach !!! This heavenly place-sea is fabulously beautiful. The beach is clean, there are no problems with towels. Complete nonsense that you need to pay for the towels. In the morning we take for lunch we leave leaving them on sun beds. Returned without problems everything is in place. A big plus is the piers and slides with the ability to jump straight into the sea !!! The girls animators are also great, and the dances and Pilates and aqua aerobics were all there. Optimalguide .com offered the best rices for the local trips !We went to the paradise island, diving ,fishing, and all this in one boat trip from 8 to 4. We went to moto safari Also we visited Luxor city . This is a a wonderful part of history. Unforgettable feelings!!! I recommend everyone to go there. In general, about the rest you can write and write! I just recommend this hotel ... but if it’s too boring for little kids. The hotel is not family friendly. Children will have little space here. Na een nijlcruise heb ik hier nog 2 dagen in dit hotel gezeten. Van te voren hadden wij al fooi gegeven aan de reisleider voor al het personeel. Echter werden onze koffers niet naar de kamer gebracht. De kamer was groot en nieuw en zag er goed en schoon uit. De bediening was verder erg chagrijnig. Zodra je het zwembad zacht in sprong ipv de trap te nemen werd er al boos gekeken en om je kamernummer gevraagd... Aan het strand heeft het hotel een 'dreambeach'. Dit zag er wel mooi uit en hier kan je lekker liggen, eten, drinken en zwemmen. Ook aan het zwembad kan je heerlijk ontspannen en drinken. Verder had Hurghada een probleem met diesel, waardoor er vaak geen water en geen airco was, omdat alle machines hier blijkbaar op diesel draaien. Wij moesten om 12 uitchecken, maar zouden pas om 6 uur opgehaald worden. Het bandje wordt doorgeknipt, de koffers worden in openbare gangen gedumpt en je mag het dan verder uitzoeken. Service hoef je niet meer te verwachten.

hotel is zeer slecht iets voor zeer oude mensen,jonge mensen kunnen er niet genieten en worden af gesnouwd,vragen voor alles geld ook als je all inn hebt,wordt gestolen op de kamer,slechte service.raad het niemand nog aan .tijdens de ramadan nog slechter .geen waardering voor de europianen. ook geen animatie in het hotel.

Jedzenie to monotonia i wiekszość rzeczy przydzielana, w wetrsjii all nalewane po pół kubka napojów, obsługa arogancka czekająca na bakszysz. Basen w hotleu wyglada nijak. Plaża ładna leżaki i reczniki bezpłatnie Osobiście nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu, za mniejsze pieniądze polecam sharme i tam obojetne jaki hotel
