We are very happy to read that you and your friends spent a very enjoyable vacation in our hotel in March 2016.
We are always very much interested in the opinions of our esteemed guests (whether they are positive or negative) since only then can we truly understand their needs and improve our service accordingly, because for sure we want all our valued guests to always have a very pleasant stay with us and leave our hotel at the end of their stay with a smile on their face.
However, since almost two years ago, when you stayed with us, our hotel has changed a lot and we have now two A la Carte restaurants within our All Inclusive system, to offer our guests even more food varieties.
Also we have re-opened our games room with Billiards, Air hockey, table football and video games for the enjoyment of our guests in the evenings.
Our main target and of highest importance is to always provide the best possible service standards to our guests and it is our standard policy and self evident for our employees to always serve the guests in a friendly and attentive way so that they feel comfortable at all times.
Hopefully you will give us the honor to welcome you and your friends back for another holiday in our hotel in the near future, to show you the many improvements we have made since your last stay.
