Omschrijving
Wat meteen opvalt aan Titanic Resort & Aqua Park in Hurghada is de architectuur in de vorm van een boot en de vele glijbanen. De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd, maar heel netjes. Voor de kinderen is het een echt water- en speelparadijs. Je kunt hier tot rust komen, want de animatie in de avond is niet te druk. Een tip is om eens te gaan snorkelen.

Zeer goede vakantie gehad met stralend, vriendelijk, steeds glimlachend en hulpvaardig personeel en staf!! Zeer proper hotel, lekker eten een aanrader.

Een mooi groot resort met veel water plezier. Helaas is het duidelijk opgelapt naar Egyptische standaard, niet wat Europeanen gewenst zijn. Kamers zijn gedateerd en ondanks een nieuw verfje vervallen. Het personeel lager in rang is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar zodra er een streepje meer op de schouder zit is arrogantie en botheid heel normaal in de cultuur. Het eten in de diverse restaurants is schijnbaar het laatste jaar sterk achteruit gegaan. Alles smaakt niet of slecht. Of je nu a la cart eet of vanaf het buffet, het is allemaal even smakeloos. Ik geloofde de eerdere recenties over het eten niet maar deze kloppen dus naderhand wel degelijk. Ronduit teleurstellend. Of het nu de oude kamers zijn, de kapotte strandstoeltjes, het slechte eten of het helaas verlepte koraalrif. Alles valt net te veel tegen. Zo jammer, ik verwacht geen lang leven beschoren voor dit resort.

Unfortunately you cannot fully recommend our hotel which we always try to improve to satisfy the expectations of our respected guests.

Regrettably, you were disappointed with our food offers. But did you contact our F&B manager about your dissatisfaction? Then our kitchen team would have responded right away to your criticism and would have done their best to satisfy you culinary wise.

Also, the topic of food is also always a very subjective matter and there are many of our valued guests who are very satisfied with the taste and selection of our food.

We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations and do truly hope to have the chance to welcome you and your friends back again one day in our Titanic Resort & Aqua Park in order to show you that we always care for the requests and constructive criticism of our guests and want to let them have a happy stay with us.

It is really very sad that we couldn’t convince you about our hotel in the end; however we still believe that the many positive reviews and also that the large number of our repeated guests can’t be wrong and speak for our hotel.

Personeel: vriendelijk, sommige wat minder maar over algemeen goed.

Kamer: gewoon oké! wel 2x vergeten nieuwe handdoeken te brengen naar de kamer. na telefoontje met receptie kwam het binnen 10 min.

Zwembad en glijbanen: super!!

Eten: weinig variatie, kan beter!

Zeer geslaagde vakantie

      Was een heel mooi verblijf bij titanic resort aqua park echt verzorgd hotel leuk voor de kids waren vanaf 11 en hebben zich ook niet verveeld ook heel leuk voor kleine kinderen alleen eten mocht wat beter maar dat is ieder zijn eigen mening. weer altijd top daar heerlijke zon. jeep en Quat ervaring was heel leuk om te doen met de kids bbq zat er ook bij heerlijke feest avond erbij alles voor een prijs en niet duur maar wij zijn nu 2 keer in Egypte geweest en zouden het nu eens leuk vinden om van een ander mooi land te genieten cijfer 8 deze vakantie maar nogmaals als je zeker weten zon wilt hebben zit he hier goed 🌞

      Super hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel,kamers verouderd maar netjes.Zwembaden en glijbanen super.Alleen het eten was niet geweldig,wel was er iedere dag pasta dat was wel heel lekker.A la carte niet teveel van voor stellen in de grill weinig vlees en bij de italiaan zelfde als wat je er overdag kan eten .

      Wij zijn er 15 dagen geweest. afgelopen dinsdag 23 okt weer terug gekomen. Het was in een woord geweldig. er zijn altijd mensen die klagen over het eten. degene die dat beweren ,zijn volgens ons thuis niets gewend. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Als je ergens mee zit gewoon aangeven, word gelijk naar gekeken. Geweldig een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen.

      Mooi resort. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuke animatie. Trips geboekt via locale gids. Goed geregeld en goedkoop. Goede wifi, handdoeken service. Bedjes mogen wel iets beter aan het zwembad, doorgezakt. Eten goed , genoeg maar pas op. We hadden toch diarree. Dus goede medicijnen meenemen.
