Deze familie weet het Enjoy-concept naar waarde in te vullen en uit t voeren. Van kamer tot eten tot service. Met een gemiddelde van een 9,1 schrijft een van de gasten: <em>&#8216;Met veel genoegen hebben we 3 nachten overnacht in dit fijne hotel. Goede kamers, heerlijk eten en alleraardigste eigenaren die ons een warm &#8220;thuis&#8221;gevoel gaven. En het hotel ziet er dan ook prachtig uit in deze herfstkleuren. Hotel Marleen wordt goed schoon gehouden en de service is uitmuntend. Het hotel wordt bijzonder goed beoordeeld op de ligging tot aan de pistes maar ook voor de service. Sauerland is natuurlijk perfect voor wintersport, maar ook in de andere seizoenen valt hier genoeg te beleven. George schrijft over zijn verblijf: <em>&#8216;Mooie, ruime, frisse en schone, onlangs gerenoveerde kamers. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Ze kunnen tips geven over wandel-, fiets-, motor routes en helpen met alle vragen. Afgesloten garage voor het stallen van fietsen en motoren. Genoten van ons halfpension, dat wij ter plekke bijgeboekt hadden. We mochten zelf een 3-gangen menu samenstellen uit de \u00e1 la carte kaart. We hebben heerlijk gegeten (verse mosselen en gamba&#8217;s) Ook het ontbijt buffet is heerlijk, er wordt zelfs gevraagd om een gebakken eitje of roereitje, deze wordt dan vers voor je gemaakt. Kortom, heerlijk hotel!
