First of all we would like to thank you for your review on Zoover.nl. We are very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay and would like to comment some of your criticisms:
There has been reserved a family room with 2 bedrooms for you: (62m2 1. Room – French Bed 2. Room Bunkbed – 1 Livingroom – 1 Bathroom).
On your arrival on 30.08.2016 we gave you your booked room category. But the travel agency had informed you in a wrong way about the room. We connected you directly to your travel agency to solve the miss understanding.
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that at this time we have noticed the extremely aggressive behavior of your husband.
Because of hygienic reasons, we kindly ask our guests to eat the meals in the restaurant. Obviously, there are exceptions, such as Illness or Malaise. BUT in such a situations the guest is obliged to inform the restaurant Manager or the restaurant stuff.
Unfortunately your husband didn’t inform to no one.
For this reason, he was politely approached at the restaurant entrance that the dishes should not be taken outside from the restaurant.
After this information your husband freaked complelety out, threw the full plates on our staff, swore in an extremely loud sound and disappeared into your room.
Due this loud and unsuitable behavior, our guests at the pool felt disturbed and complained about the behavior of your husband.
As a hotelier, we saw ourselves in the duty to not accept such a behavior and called you to the front desk. In the conversation between your husband and Mr. Selçuk Yamaç (Front Office Manager), we noticed your husband again as extreme agersively and negatively.
We are an International Hotel and we welcome all guests which would like to spend their holidays with us. Agressive behavior is not desired. We can not and will not accept this at all.
