We appreciate you highlighting our excellent cuisine, the quality and variety of our food throughout the day and especially our great entertainment staff who always go above and beyond to make sure our guests have the time of their lives.
We are truly sorry however to learn some of your family suffered from ear infections during your stay and we empathise as we understand how this can have an affect on your overall holiday experience. We feel we should point out however that ear infections can be caused by water retained inside the ear from a shower, a dip in the sea, as well as from many sources, however we can assure you the bacteria you mention is not present, nor can be present, in our swimming pool. This is an area we follow extremely strict controls on and as the level of chlorine (1,5 ppm) is automatically maintained by the system, this prevents the possibility of any bacteria being able to survive. Two daily readings of the levels in the swimming pool water are taken a note of and additionally, once a month, we have an external audit which checks not only the levels, but also the entire maintenance system of the water.
We are truly saddened to learn we have not been able to meet your expectations and we hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the hotel in the future so we can ensure you have a wonderful stay.
