We have taken note of your feedback regarding our food, though with surprise. Rarely do we experience that we cannot make our guests happy with our great food selection. Nevertheless, we value each feedback - negative or positive alike - as they all contribute to constantly improving the quality of our services.
We also regret that you were not completely satisfied with your room. In such cases, we would like all of our guests to remember that our staff is available and ready to help make changes if possible and if our reception team are made aware of any issues, they will do their utmost to resolve them.
