We were 3 people staying just for one night. Appart from the mouldy jam served during breakfast, we were charged twice: first charging on our card the previous days before our stay, and after, as we couldn't checked our account details because there were no internet facilities, they asked for a payment with cash.
Since August, we've been trying to recover the money, but no refund has been made.
As I've seen in internet, it seems that this is a ususal way of dealing with customers. Mine is not the first complaint about something like that.
Be careful: dont't give your credit card details!!!!!!
