Not a bad place at all, but should know what you're getting. Not as "close" and "central" as they claim. Transfer is required between two metro lines. This is not a problem, but just be forewarned. Rooms are clean, but tiny. I've stayed in small rooms before, but nothing like this. On fifth floor, the angled ceiling made it possible to only stand up in the doorway and at the end of the bed. Of course, the side-to-side walls nearly touched the sides of the bed, so there'd be no walking up toward the head of the bed anyway. Flat single beds are pretty uncomfortable, but serve their purpose. Metro line is noisy outside. All of this was just fine for me traveling alone, but not really a romantic or family kind of place, nor a good place for extended stay. Best parts of the stay - great hot shower with good pressure, and a better than average hot breakfast buffet. Reasonably priced and, as long as expectations aren't too high, a good deal for the money.
