25-6-2009 I would highly recommend this hotel.
The staff are very helpful and polite, and have a good understanding of the english language.
The rooms are clean and have all that you need for a holiday.
Only takes about 10 minutes to walk into town, and if walking isn't your thing, there is a bus stop nearly right outside the door (though you need to cross the road to get the route to town).
I found the breakfast to be filling and the evening meals are no more expensive than eating in town.

25-6-2009 The staff at the hotel were very obliging and friendly. We made a couple of special requests which they bent over backwards to meet. The breakfast was particulary nice and all of the food was fresh, delicious and plentiful.

We would recommend the hotel to others.

25-6-2009 This hotel is good value for money as Klagenfurt can be expensive for hotels. It's not central but is only a 7 minute ride on the bus. The rooms are quite dark but have all the facilities you need. Make sure you hire an airconditioning remote as it gets very hot & the mosquitos come in of you open the windows. The staff can speak some english and are friendly. Good VFM

25-6-2009 The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They provided clean bedding, towels and cleaned the rooms everyday. The food was lovely. What most impressed us was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful.

25-6-2009 The staff were very freindly and helpful. I would suggest anyone else going took a travel kettle. and the bus cards purchased from reception are a very good idea. It does seem a long way out from the centre. The food was good. There is a very small park within walking distance.

25-6-2009 Clean & tidy as can be expected. Air condition a must in the summer. Only problem is the distance to city centre but bus is very convenient and takes less than 5 mins. Very friendly staff and helpful with useful advice. Strongly recommended.

25-6-2009 The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. However the restaurant does not open on Sundays or public holidays, which coincided with our stay, so we were unable to eat there. Anyone intending to stay there should be aware of this.
