The location is very good, jusy 10 mins walk to the main plaza, market. And 3 mins to the Metro station!

25-6-2009 This is by far a "best value" hotel you can find in Mexico City. The Marlowe is a stylish, sparkling clean establishment, with public and private areas very well cared for. The "single" rooms are on the small side, but have everything one needs, including a desk with drawers, a comfortable bed, cable TV large bathroom, etc. Prime location near Palacio de Bellas Artes & Centro Historico, Two blocks from the San Juan de Letran metro station - its a hub of new business & cultural activities where one can feel free to take a stroll [or ride the metro] even near midnight [definitely NOT the case a decade ago.] It's far superior to other hotels in the Alameda Park/ Bellas Artes area charging similarly low rates [$40 a night, including tax during my stay], and definitely equal to those you'll find online in the $80-$90 range. 100% positive experience.

25-6-2009 Reception was helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean and quiet, especially the rooms facing the inside courtyard. The lobby was also nicely done. I loved the fact that there were no smoking rooms and floors. Great value overall for the price. I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Mexico City.

25-6-2009 Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and respond quickly. This hotel is within walking distance to many enjoyable sights and to the metro station.
We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 5 years and always recommend it to our friends as the price is very reasonable for the quality.
