This is by far a "best value" hotel you can find in Mexico City. The Marlowe is a stylish, sparkling clean establishment, with public and private areas very well cared for. The "single" rooms are on the small side, but have everything one needs, including a desk with drawers, a comfortable bed, cable TV large bathroom, etc. Prime location near Palacio de Bellas Artes & Centro Historico, Two blocks from the San Juan de Letran metro station - its a hub of new business & cultural activities where one can feel free to take a stroll [or ride the metro] even near midnight [definitely NOT the case a decade ago.] It's far superior to other hotels in the Alameda Park/ Bellas Artes area charging similarly low rates [$40 a night, including tax during my stay], and definitely equal to those you'll find online in the $80-$90 range. 100% positive experience.
