28-1-2012 rummen var bra med kyl och ac. städningen däremot sämre, inte heller så bra service. maten kunde varit bättre. Poolen var full av löv och inte inbjudande. Nära till centrum och allt så våra 2 veckor funkade. men tror inte jag vill bo där igen. inte drömläge om man har barn med

Secondly - we exchanged a number of emails with Zomuana Hranga and a deposit of £200 was paid for our appartment. Oddly,
once we transferred the deposit all correspondences ceased. When we arrived at the resort we were not met by
the owner and our appartment had not been booked, therefore, effectively we had been conned.

Zomuana Hranga's address is: Flat 3i, Sapphire Court, 74 Golf Club Road, Kolkata-700 033, W. Bengal, India.

Having met the key-holder the following day to gain access we discovered the apartment was dirty, dusty and had a major problem with damp.
We then went to the pool area and we found the pool was half empty with dirty water and a number of frogs.

Overall we were very dusgusted with the owner, the apartment and the communal areas. Zomuana Hranga refused to repay our £200 deposit.
