Furthermore , we would like to apologize for not meeting your desires in regards to the room but as you are staying already in our hotel and as and your husband agreed , after the conversation he had with the manager of the hotel, you are more than welcomed to contact with our reception or with the manager of our hotel from the first day of your stay ,in order to inform us about your disappointment regarding the room and to check the options that our hotel can offer you (for example: a room change).
