We have taken close note of your comments regarding the Balladins Dijon Marsannay.
First we would like to apologise for the problems you encountered during your stay.
You came as part of a group reservation with a menu negotiated with the agency.
The group breakfast time is set by the group leader. If you have your breakfast after the set time, we may not reload the buffet thinking that breakfast is over. We throw bread, coffee every day. Upon request, we would have given you satisfaction immediately.
Regarding the meal, for all customers who inform us that they do not eat meat, we modify the menu.
It is a pity that instead of addressing you to the Internet you did not tell the receptionist who would have done his best to satisfy your request, it contrary to Internet.
As the opinions of our customers are a source of ongoing improvement, we appreciate that you took the time to evaluate our services, which helps us monitor the quality of the products we sell and make any improvements that might be necessary.
