Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to let us know how you feel. Apologies for responding in English as we don't speak Dutch but have translated your review.
I am sorry you were disturbed by fellow campers whose child cried all night. Just as at home children do sometimes become ill and are disturbed at night which is just part of camping.
We welcome all families and several with children who have special needs (disabilities) return every summer because they feel comfortable and relaxed and warmly accepted by clients and staff.
We’re not sure who the ‘rich’ owners you mention are. We’d like to meet them! Like our clients, we work hard and try our best to give good value for money. We have never had heated arguments with campers in public, or for that matter in private either. Our payment system means such discussions are unnecessary and our campers value this.
One of the major factors of camping is being part of a community and this includes considering other people. The tennis court is popular and a player forgetting to return the key to reception, or deciding to do so only after a shower, means limiting other people’s pleasure.
In the same way moving children’s toy tractors and furniture from a communal area such as the sandpit to an emplacement, affects others.
We would never knowingly be rude to our clients and if you felt aggrieved by our tone of voice perhaps we should put it down to the message being lost in translation
Here’s hoping you enjoy your holiday in 2017.
