25-6-2009 what a great hotel in a fantastic location.and only a stones throw from the station.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel its self was nice and clean with our room having fantastic views over the canal.
i would recomend this hotel to any one looking for good value city centre hotel accomodation in close proximity to all that Birmingham has to offer.

25-6-2009 This is the second time we have stayed at the Ramada, as we currently organising our wedding and are using birmingham for our shopping. The rooms are exceptionally clean the food is buffet style and really good quality. Its location is perfect as only a 5 min walk to the Bull Ring Shopping ctr. This is definatly a hotel we hope to stay in in the future.

25-6-2009 The Ramada has a great location in the middle of the mailbox especially with a canal side view looking over the bars. Deffinatley worth the money breakfast was great and bar is nice too, overall all our expectations were met. See you again soon!!!!!

25-6-2009 This is a very acceptable place to bed down in Birmingham. Great location. Breakfast is Buffet and very good. I use it for business travel, staff are also nice.

25-6-2009 I was very pleased with the overall service, from booking online via skoosh right through to check out. Skoosh and the hotel made particular provisions for my stay which I was delighted with. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the heart of Birmingham as it is conveniently located in the Mailbox with easy access to many bars and restaurants.

25-6-2009 I could not fault the hotel one bit. The room and everything in the hotel was brilliant. The staff were really helpful. I thought the breakfast was first class. We were so impressed with the hotel that we will most probably book again, if not to go to birmingham I would not hesitate in staying in any other of your hotels. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

25-6-2009 we have to say it was exellent and would highly recommend this hotel , the staff were exellent , also the breakfast staff were also exellent and the english breakfast was exellent and i would visit this hotel again , but there is just one minor fault , car parking is expensive but it is safe and in walking distance but most hotels offer a discounted rate in the car park perhaps ramada group may look into to this , but the hotel was great value for money , if you get the chance to visit then its a must
